PLACE ORDER

When you sell a product and receive payment from your customer, place your order for the product with us.

You can choose to place an order in the basket or upload an order via CSV file.

When importing orders via CSV file, please correctly fill  all fields in the table in the CSV template, which is available as download.

Once you place the order it will appear in your order history.

When an order is dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and your order status will be updated.

RETURN AND CANCELATION

We will replace any item, free of charge, if it is found to be faulty, or not as described. Depending upon the value of the item, we may not ask for it to be returned, but for higher value items, we would require it to be returned to us before replacing.

If the item is not faulty and the customer no longer wants an item, we will accept return  if the client sends iit back to us within 15 days of receiving it. In this case, we will provide a full refund for the cost of the item, but not for the shipping cost.

PAYMENT

Payment can be made by credit or debit card, PayPal or bank transfer.

VAT

All prices exclude VAT which is added in the shopping cart at the current rate of 19%. VAT is also added to the shipping cost.

If you are based in the EU and are VAT registered, you will be not charged VAT when we delivery goods to another EU country, excluding Germany

INVOICING

Invoices can be produced online or manually and are subject to change or amendments should there be any numerical or calculation mistake.
