Once we receive your order, we package and ship the parcel to the specified address during the next working day.
You will automatically receive the tracking number.
When you place an order you will receive an email confirmation, we also send one when your order goes down for packing. Usually, we dispatch all orders on the next working day, which automatically updates your order status and sends you an email. We do not work on weekends. So, if we get an order on Friday, the parcel will be shipped on Monday.
We supply by DHL, DPD, Hermes and Deutsche Post service. Delivery time depends on the destination, but usualy takes no more than one week within EU countries.
When we ship a parcel, you will automatically receive a confirmation email, which includes a tracking number that you can share with your client.
If your customer received a wrong or defective product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 1-2 working days and we will arrange to return the incorrect product (at our expenses) and we will ship the correct product or issue store credit (including shipping charge).
If your customer wishes to cancel the order after they have already received it, they have the right to do so within 15 days of the order'sdelivery date of the order. In such case, we will not reimburse the return postage charge or the initial delivery charge. We will request that your customer return the goods at their own cost.
