DISPATCHING

When you place an order you get an email confirmation, we also send one when your order goes down for packing. Usually we dispatch all orders on the next working day, which automatically updates your order status and sends you an email. We do not work on weekends, so if we get an order on Friday the parcel will be shipped on Monday.

DELIVERY

We supply by DHL, DPD, Hermes and Deutsche Post service.

Delivery time depend on destination usualy takes no more than one week within EU contries.

TRACKING

All of our parcels we ship with a tracking number. When parcel will be shiped you get automatically notification by email.

The same number can be send to your client if you wish .

If your customer received a wrong or defective product due to our shipping mistake, please notify us within 1-2 working days and we will arrange to return the incorrect product (at our expense) and we will ship the correct product or issue store credit (including shipping charge.

If your customer wish to cancel the order after they have already received it, in any reason they have the right to do so within 15 days of the delivery date of the order. In such case, we will not reimburse the return postage charge or the initial delivery charge. We will request that your customer return the goods at their own cost.
